Here’s what we do for you

Stage 1

First of all, we arrange a meeting with you in the comfort of your home to show some of the services and products we can provide you in a relaxed informal chat that showcases what we can do for you.  This provides you with a chance to browse through everything and ask a few questions about your special day.

The display options are immense.  We offer all types of printed materials to display your images and we will bring some samples of what we can offer with us.

If there is a certain type of picture you are looking for please let us know.

We try to get as much information as possible about the little things you like to do together and integrate this into your pictures.  We ask you how you met and little gestures and quirky things you both like about each other and any romantic themes that you may have.

You’re under no obligation to take our services at this point. However if you want to go ahead with us as your photographer and wish to book the date of your wedding with us we can book it in right away. No deposit is required.

Alternatively if you wish to take some time and have a think about it that is fine with us there is no pressure selling of any kind and we will provisionally hold the date for you.  We would only contact you before a decision is made if we received another enquiry for the same date.

Stage 2

We arrange by email all of the pictures you want us to take of the two of you from the beginning of your day and getting ready all the way through to your ceremony & afterwards when you’ve become Mr & Mrs this is when our communication really comes in handy getting the right people together for the pictures that you the Bride and Groom want to have to remember your special day by.  

Stage 3

We provide a service that not many other wedding photographers offer which is meeting with you the Bride and Groom at the venue where everything will take place, even if there are multiple venues. This normally happens about a fortnight before your wedding day.

We take you round to have a practice shoot. It is an informal way of you getting to know us and to help you both feel relaxed in front of the camera.  We explore the best locations and discuss how you are going to stand in your formal photos on your big day.  You can also let us know your must have places where you would like to have photographs taken on the day.  We have found this to be a real benefit in the weddings we have done as the Bride & Groom seem to be more relaxed in their photos on their special day.

Benefits:

We have recently tied the knot ourselves and this helps us to be part of and share in the preparation of your special day.

Because there are two of us, Debbie the organiser – gathering people together for particular photographs and Rich the photographer and creative master, we are able to make a photo into a picture you will want to treasure capturing the romance of your day and also capturing the character of the two of you and special uniqueness of your theme and love for each other.

To help your day go as smoothly as possible we will communicate with you for all the names of the key people such as parents, best man, bridesmaids, page boys, ushers and any other significant guests so that we are familiar with who’s who and ensure we capture all the images you require.  This also gives you the chance to order specific photographs of friends and family as well as the standard ones which we always take.  If you do not want the usual formal settings, please let us know and we will completely tailor what we take to suit your requirements.

We always remember it’s your wedding day and the photography needs to be smooth and seamlessly executed with minimum fuss & distraction.
