Honeymoon and Printed Holiday books

Something special for honeymooners and holidaymakers

Have your images of your honeymoon or holiday made into a printed coffee table hardback faux leather bound book to treasure forever.

Here are some of the printed books we have made up in movie format

This is what we need from you to enable us to make your printed book:

• Ideally a camera with a minimum of 5.0 mega pixels or greater for good quality pictures

• Before you go, set up your digital camera so that it is on maximum resolution and maximum or fine compression.  Check you have enough memory cards and take as many pictures as you want.

• Your setting on your camera when set to take pictures will tell you how many high resolution images you can take per memory card.  This will enable you to work out how many memory cards you will need.  If you need to purchase more memory cards the cheapest place to purchase them is www.amazon.co.uk

• You will also need either a usb stick large enough to take your images or a DVD to add your pictures to which you wish us to use to make your printed honeymoon or holiday book.

• We will also require a list of the photographs in the order of appearance you want them in; this may be a timeline of your holiday or different groups such as romantic, reportage, a trip, scenes etc.

• If there are any particular images you wish to be large e.g. whole page, please tell us this.  This is best achieved with landscape photographs as the book is of a landscape format.  We can also include text or headings on pages to describe your surroundings or trips you went on.

• When you return and you have sorted out your favourite photographs, transfer these to a USB stick or DVD and then post them to us using a jiffy bag, together with your list showing the order and any specific large prints.  We will use our discretion on the size of prints and layout.

Photo tip:

When you are travelling on a trip try to take a picture of the place map or signage of the location.  We can place this picture at the beginning of the pictures in your order.

Once your book has been created we will then email you a movie version on QuickTime which will show you how your book will look.  If you do not have QuickTime movie download here http://www.apple.com/uk/quicktime/download/   

This is your chance to change the order or size of photographs. Once you are happy with the order and the look of your book you can place your order with us either by phone or email and we will then send it to the printers.  Your book should be received by us within 10 – 14 days.  When it arrives we will check your order and arrange a time to meet up for you to view it.

If you are out of our locality we will arrange to post it to you by recorded delivery.  We will contact you to let you know it is being posted, in case you wish to have it delivered to an alternative address.
